Bottom, Budgets, Branding
Better late than never. That’s what they say about people who show up late to a party, event, or meeting. And if you have so far been handling your marketing budget all ‘loosey goosey’ – with no set budget in play, it’s what you can say about sitting down and developing it NOW. Never mind that the first quarter is ending. You still have three quarters of a year left! Who knows what will come down the line thru Dec 31. Well, if you lay out a plan, YOU would know at least a little more!
It doesn’t matter if you are a tiny mom and pop shop, or a larger multiple employee company, or a chain store. You are flying blind without some guidance as to where your money is going and where your branding is headed.
If you haven’t done so, list everything you still want to accomplish this year for your business. Itemize specific projects and then list the things you need to attain them. Be realistic. If you want to develop a company brochure, you may need help with your logo, writing copy, photos, and of course printing. Want to boost your website? Then you’ll have to consider hosting, management, updates, design, etc. And remember, we are always here to help you set your goals and allocate your budget..that’s what we do.
But the bottom line is you will at least have a bottom line to look at.
